Sandwich with greens, cheese and egg
10 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 eggs
300 g cheese
200 g green onions
1 tomato
1 sweet pepper
black pepper, salt
Egg whisk with herbs, pepper and salt.
Heat the frying pan with a little oil, pour the beaten mixture.
In the center of the omelet out chopped squares of cheese.
When the edges of the omelet will seize, tighten them to the cheese with a spatula - scrambled form of the envelope, cover the pan with a lid.
Served the sandwich with greens, cheese and egg: the bun of dark bread slice, spread tomato paste, put it on the bottom slice mugs tomato and slices of pepper, put the omelet, cover with the second slice of bread.
