Thin sweet omelet
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
vegetable oil
Mix the egg with the sugar. Preheat the pan to evenly coat the bottom with oil. Remove from heat, pour the egg mass and shake, make it a thin uniform layer covered the entire bottom. Put the pan on medium heat and cook the omelet until it starts to dry out at the edges (about 1 minute). If the omelet is already dry, but still bright yellow, turn it, to split and leave on the fire for a few seconds, put it on the Board and cool. Such dark-yellow leaves omelet decorated with a lot of rice dishes.
