Mini vegetable omelet with cheese and ham
75 g onions
60 g lean ham
45 g grated cheese
4 egg whites
1 egg
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/8 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp ground pepper
Preheat a greased frying pan over medium heat, put the chopped onions, fry for 2 minutes until soft, put the chopped ham and fry another 3 minutes, remove from the stove all, for 5 minutes leave to cool.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, whisk, add fried mixture cooled down again beat.
