Sandwiches "nest egg"

60 g liverwurst
some sausage to choose? we'll show

2 eggs

2 slices of wheat bread

2 h. l. bread crumbs

Salt (to taste)

Liverwurst put bread in the middle make a well and sprinkle a small amount of sausage biscuits.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whites whipped into a stable foam, add the salt.

In deepening on sandwiches neatly put yolks around to make a "fence" of the beaten egg whites.

Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Before serving arrange greens.
