Crepes of white bread

500 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

400 g stale white bread

7 glass milk

6 eggs

2 Art. l. fat

1 Art. l. butter

1 h. l. salt

Crust of bread to wipe, pour milk bread, leave for a few hours, then rub through a sieve.

Beat eggs, add salt? bread and flour, beat well weight, then add the remaining bread.

Bake pancakes of white bread in a conventional manner.
