Homemade french bread
800 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g butter
25 g yeast
2 eggs
1 egg white
3 glass water
salt
In the evening knead the dough by combining the flour, yeast, eggs, water, salt and butter.
Knead the dough in the morning and an hour in a warm place.
Molded dough bun or braid, put on a baking sheet and leave for a few minutes for proofing.
Before baking bread lubricate with water whisked egg white and bake in the oven until cooked.
