100 butter

5 eggs

2 tablespoons sugar

Dissolve in water yeast (particularly suitable for this purpose, yeast), pour the rest of the ingredients thoroughly mix and knead the dough. Wrapped in a linen cloth and put in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning to make the dough loaf or baguette, brush it with egg yolk and bake in the oven.
