Homemade bread "Ciabatta"
400 g wheat flour

10 g fast-acting yeast
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt
Pour in the flour, the yeast, add the butter and milk, add salt and stir.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, then cover with a cloth and put on 1.5 - 2 hours in a warm place, it should be increased in 2 times.
Shape the dough into a loaf or round loaf of bread.
Put the dough in the pan, leave for 5 minutes for proofing.
Bake bread "Ciabatta" at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
