Homemade bread "Holiday"
250 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
150 g olive oil
150 g dry white wine
100 g hard cheese
100 g smoked ham
100 g walnuts
50 g olives, pitted
4 eggs
1-2 sprigs of marjoram
1 Art. l. fast yeast
? h. l. salt
Pour the yeast into the flour, knead the dough, gradually adding oil, wine and salt, leave the dough to ferment for 30 minutes.
Chop the ham into strips, grate the cheese on a fine grater, finely chopped marjoram, cut into rings olives.
In the dough gradually introduce eggs and prepared ingredients and finely chopped walnuts.
Oiled baking dish, put the dough, flatten it and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes to allow it proofed.
Bake bread "Holiday" at 180 degrees for an hour.
Before serving homemade bread cut into slices.
