Homemade white butter bread
350 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
1,5 glass milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
salt (to taste)
RUB the flour with the butter, sugar, yeast and salt.
The milk is heated to 37 degrees, add in the flour, knead the dough smooth.
Under the cover at full power to heat the dough for 15 seconds, then let it stand for 10 minutes
To perform such operations (heating, insisting) 4 or 5 times, the dough should rise in 2 times.
The baking pan greased with oil, put in the dough, bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes
Before serving, slice the bread slices.
