200 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

60 g butter (10g of them in the stuffing)

2 eggs

3/4 Cup milk (1/2 Cup of them in the stuffing)

8 tbsp. sugar



1 tsp. dry yeast

Half of the sugar and dissolve the yeast in warm milk (? Cup).

Mix the flour with the salt and one egg in a large bowl.

To enter into the flour mixture diluted with milk yeast.

Melt the butter, allow to cool, pour in the dough.

Knead a smooth dough (if it sticks add a little more flour), for an hour to leave it for proofing.

Put the dough in the cake pan, then leave for another hour for proofing, using a knife to do on the test scoring, sprinkle cake top with the remaining sugar.

The second egg ? glass of milk for the filling, stir, pour the cake, put on top of the butter, cut into pieces.

Bake French sugar pie in a preheated 210 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until Golden brown.
