750 g beef tenderloin

75 g bacon

4 pea black pepper

3 onions

2 Clove

1 carrot

1 parsnip



1 bay leaves

1 glass broth

Clear roots, wash and chop.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

Tenderloin prepare rub pepper, roots and salt, bacon and spices, put in a pan, pour the melted butter.

After 10 minutes, turn the meat, reduce heat to 180 degrees.

Bring broth to a boil, add the meat and fry it for another 20 minutes until cooked, then remove the heat and leave the meat in the oven.

Strain evolved while cooking meat juice, bring it to a boil, mix 2 tablespoons meat juice with sour cream and flour, add the mixture to the rest of the meat juices, add the lemon juice, pepper and salt sauce.
