Roast beef with garlic-lemon sauce
1 kg beef
350 ml vegetable oil
50 g ground pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 yolk
6 Art. l. lemon juice
2 Art. l. chopped green onions
1 h. l. mustard

cayenne pepper
Connect pepper and vegetable oil, rub a piece of meat mixture, cover and remove it at night in the cold.
On all sides fry the meat in a pan, put in a pan, bake about 50 minutes at 180 degrees until done, just wrap foil, leave for 1 hour.
Combine mustard and egg yolk, add the lemon juice, garlic, passed through the press, cayenne pepper, salt and vegetable oil, stir to combine with green onions.
Before serving roast beef with garlic-lemon sauce sliced and watered sauce.
