1 veal ( leg from the back of the leg)

1 tablespoon oil

1 kg cranberries or cranberry

1,5 kg apples

salt to taste

1 kg sugar

Meat wash, to clean the film, RUB the salt and brown on all sides with fire in the melted fat, put on a baking tray, pour the fat in which it was roasting. Put the meat in a well-heated oven and cook, often pouring juice; cook 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the leg. Ready veal cut in thin slices, pour the remaining juice. Serve hot or cold with no juice. In both cases, the veal apply sauce of apples and cranberries (or cranberries).

Preparation of sauce: Cranberries are cooked, drain the water, RUB through a colander. In the resulting puree, add sugar, boil, put the apples, cut into quarters and peeled seeds. When apples are soft, the sauce to cool and serve cold.
