Roast duck with cranberries
Required products:
1 PCs duck
salt
100 g bacon
50 g butter
100 g roots
50 g onion
2 PCs apples are sour
2 PCs tomatoes
4 clove - Bud
6 black pepper - corns
1 PCs Bay leaf
100 g wine red
30 g wheat flour

Duck RUB with salt inside and outside.For the sauce, melt sliced bacon, add the butter and saut the chopped herbs and onions. Pour a little water, add the peeled and sliced apples and tomatoes, spices, wine.
In a roasting pan with the sauce, put the duck and cook in the oven, cover with the lid. When the duck is soft, remove the lid and allow the bird to brown.
Duck ready remove from broiler, divide into portions, in the sauce, stir in dried flour, diluted with water, and boil on low heat. Strain, add cranberries, warm up and again put in the duck sauce, simmer for 5-7 minutes. Serve the duck, putting on each discrete piece of a slice of lemon. Hareruya dumplings.
