Meat dishes are some of the most famous in Czech cuisine. Duck with cranberries, cooked for this recipe, will conquer all home and guests with its amazing taste, delicate and refined.
Duck to prepare, liberally RUB with salt inside and out.
Peel the onion, chop finely and fry on high heat together with spices, cover with water, add chopped apples, tomatoes and pour in the wine.
Butter mixed with chopped bacon, heat, add the onion and Apple sauce, stir.
Put the duck in a roasting pan, pour the prepared sauce, cover tightly with a lid, simmer until soft meat.
Duck ready to put on the frying pan and lightly fry on moderate heat.
Remaining after baking the sauce to mix with the flour and 20 min cook over low heat, then strain and add to the cranberry sauce, cook for another 5 minutes
Served duck served with cranberries: split into portions, expands on plates and poured the cooked sauce, decorated with lettuce leaves and slices of lemon.
