Baked apples with rye bread and cranberries
200 ml dry rye bread crumbs
50 g butter, melted
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
4 tbsp. sugar
4-5 apples peeled and sliced
200 ml cranberries
vanilla cream or ice cream, or whipped cream
Grease a small dish (about 24x30 cm
Mix melted butter, rye bread crumbs and sugar.
Put the dish a layer of sliced apples and pour on top of the cranberries.
Sprinkle generously with the crumbs of rye bread.
Bake in a preheated 200 C oven until until the apples are soft.
Serve with vanilla custard, ice cream or whipped cream.
