Carrot cake
4 eggs
4 glass grated on a fine grater carrots
2 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
0.5 glass vegetable oil
0.5 glass chopped walnuts
0.5 glass sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 h. l. soda
1 h. l. fine salt
? h. l. porphyrized cloves and allspice
? h. l. ground cinnamon
Combine the flour, spices, salt and soda.
Beat the oil and sugar, continuing to whisk, add the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla sugar, combine the flour, nuts, then add the carrots. Too thick dough should not be.
Two forms for cakes grease, sprinkle with bread crumbs, put them in the dough.
Carrot Cake Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. You can check the readiness of the cake dry splinter.
Before serving, sprinkle carrot cake with powdered sugar.
