Carrot and cheese cake with cinnamon
Dough:
100 g dates pitted
100 g raisins without seeds
100 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1 glass wheat flour
1 glass berry syrup
? glass Apple juice
2 lemon (juice and zest)
1 carrots
1 tsp. baking powder
? tsp. cinnamon
Cream:
200 g sour cream
200 g cottage cheese
? glass sugar
? tsp. vanilla sugar
To grate carrots, add the butter, raisins and dates, syrup, lemon and Apple juice, lemon zest, cinnamon, stir and cook the mixture for 5 minutes, leave to cool.
Flour together with baking powder, stir, add carrot mass, knead the dough, put it on a lined with parchment baking sheet and bake until cooked cake, remove the parchment, to give the cake to cool.
Cooking cream: cheese wipe, add sour cream, vanilla and sugar, whisking.
Apply the cream on the cake, decorate the cake with nuts, leave on for half an hour, cut carrot and cheese cake with cinnamon into portions pieces before serving.
