Gingerbread cake with Apple
250 g margarine/oil slevotra
200 g flour wheat
150 g sugar
100 g oatmeal
75 g dried fruit (cranberries/raisins)
75 g nuts chopped (almonds or other)

1/2 tsp. cardamom
