Buckwheat pancakes with honey

150 g buckwheat

1 egg

2 tbsp. flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

6 tbsp. honey

salt to taste

vegetable oil for frying

Boil the buckwheat in salted water and let it cool. Beat eggs, add honey and mix everything until smooth. Fry in a pan in olive oil pancakes on both sides so that there was a Golden crust. Serve pancakes with hot honey.
