Potato pancakes with sour cream and tomato sauce
5 potatoes
0,5 glass cream and tomato sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. natural yogurt or butter
1 tbsp. wheat flour

Cooking a creamy tomato sauce: you will need: 250 g sour cream 100 g tomato puree, 75 grams of wheat flour and 3 cups of water. To mix the flour, stirring constantly, until light cream color, it should not burn, then cool it to 60 degrees, add hot water, stir. Pour the sour cream, salt, warm up weight for 5 minutes, it should not boil, then strain and bring to a boil. Boil down the tomato puree to reduce twice, join with sour cream mass, boil, drain, then bring to a boil.
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze the juice, add soda, salt and flour, mix well.
Pan greased with oil, heat, potato mixture to spread with a spoon and fry on both sides until Golden.
