Potato and mushroom pancakes

500 g Potato

300 g fresh mushrooms

2 eggs

3-4 Art. l. margarine / butter

2-3 Art. l. crushed crackers

Peel the potatoes, rub on a fine grater, combine with chopped mushrooms, season with salt.

Add to a lot of crumbs and eggs, mix well.

Roast potato and mushroom pancakes on hot skillet with butter on both sides.

With these pancakes Pancake remembered for all the guests, serve them better and sour sauce with horseradish.
