Chocolate roulade
4 eggs
4 tbsp. cold water
200 g sugar

For the cream:
3 glass milk
3 tbsp. corn or potato starch
100 g sugar
a pinch of vanilla
100 g chocolate
150 g butter or margarine
2 teaspoons cocoa
1 teaspoon instant coffee
For the glaze:
100 g powdered sugar
50 g cocoa
rum
Egg whites with the water to shake up in a foam, add sugar, vanilla, egg yolks, sieved flour, starch, baking soda. The prepared weight put on a baking tray, covered with greased parchment paper or foil. In preheated oven bake the strata for 10-15 minutes, put it on a clean, sugared towel, remove the parchment, using a napkin to minimize roll and cool.
To prepare the cream, milk, sugar, chocolate to boil, add, stirring, diluted with cold water starch. Cool, add oil, coffee, cocoa and whipped cream.
Roll to deploy, apply cream, roll again, pour the glaze. The glaze be made from powdered sugar and cocoa, gradually adding rum.
