Coffee mousse
What you need:
1 h. l. instant coffee
what kind of coffee you choose? we'll show
250 g thick cream
5 h. l. Cocoa powder
1-2 Art. l. cognac
powdered sugar
Chilled cream mixed with coffee, cocoa powder and cognac. Add powdered sugar to taste. The resulting mixture was beat with a mixer or beaters.
Ready mousse lay in bowls and refrigerate.
