Rice porridge with whipped cream and cocoa
200 g rice
1,5 glass milk
2 glass water
100 g sugar
50 g chocolate
50 g heavy cream
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
salt
The water will add some salt and bring to a boil, add the prepared rice and cook for 10 minutes, then pour in the boiling milk, and boil the pulp until thick.
Add the clover sugar and cocoa, cook for another 5 minutes, until tender bring the mess in the oven.
Put the finished clover in a greased form, cool.
Whisk in cream lush lather.
Before serving, put the squash on a plate and decorate with pieces of chocolate and whipped cream.
