Cocoa for Breakfast with egg
400 ml milk
2 large egg yolk
2 carnations
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. sugar
? tsp. ground cinnamon
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the cinnamon and cloves and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Half of the sugar to pour into the saucepan, add cocoa powder and 2 tbsp of water, turn on medium heat and, stirring constantly, pour the hot milk through a sieve to remove from the plate.
The rest of the sugar beaten with the yolks until thick foam, gradually pour in the cocoa mass with constant whipping.
The cocoa for Breakfast with eggs need not boiling, heat and pour into warm cups.
