Cake "Tenderness"

3 peach

2 eggs

2,5 glass sugar

2 glass sour cream

2 glass wheat flour

1 glass raspberry

3 tbsp. starch

3 tbsp. vodka

2 tbsp. cocoa powder

1 tsp. vinegar 3%

RUB the eggs with 1.5 cups of sugar, add sour cream, vodka, slaked vinegar soda, starch, coupled with the flour. Knead the dough, divide it into 2 parts, add in 1 cocoa powder to bake 2 cakes to cool them.

To connect 125 g milk with sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, stir, cook until thick and cool. Add 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 tsp. cocoa powder, 2 tbsp oil, whipped into a fluffy mass. Pour 1 tbsp. of brandy.

Be stacked on other cakes and fluff their cream to decorate the cake raspberries, peaches and cream.
