Flounder with Apple and onion
600 g flounder fillet
4 Apple
? glass sour cream
2 onions
2 tbsp. white wine
salt
Peel and chop the apples slices, chop onions rings.
Put the apples and onions in the skillet on them - fish fillets, add water and wine, simmered.
Remove cooked fish, boil down the broth, add sour cream and salt.
Before serving flounder poured with sauce and onions, served flounder with Apple and onion boiled potatoes.
