Baked flounder Sicilian
600 g flounder fillets
3 tomatoes
1 onions
2 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. Caper
1 Art. l. chopped parsley
ground black pepper
salt
Cut the tomatoes into slices, chopped onion, put them in oil until thick 5-10 minutes, add the capers, parsley, pepper and salt and mix well.
Cut the fish fillets into portions pieces, put in a greased form, put the fish on vegetables and bake everything for 25 minutes.
Served baked flounder Sicilian slices with chopped onions.
