Boiled flounder
1.2 kg flounder
40 g butter

Broth:
200 g vegetables (cabbage apart)
30 g onions
4-5 peas allspice
1-2 bay leaves
salt
Cut and wash the fish.
Of seasonings and vegetables to cook broth, strain it, then add salt.
Put the fish in a broth (hot) and cook for 25 minutes over low heat.
Before serving boiled flounder is laid out on a dish, poured melted butter and decorated with greenery.
Served with boiled flounder salad or potatoes.
