Braised in milk flounder
500 g flounder fillets
3 potato tuber
1 bay leaves
1 onions
? glass milk

2 Art. l. butter
ground black pepper
salt
Slice the potatoes slices, boil until half, finely chop the onion, saute it in butter, combine onions and potatoes, cut into pieces a la carte flounder fillets, add the bay leaf, pepper and salt, add the hot milk, put all until tender.
Before serving braised in milk flounder is laid out on a dish and decorated with greenery.
