Braised meat flounder
500 g flounder fillets
150 g thin edge of the pulp beef
2 eggs
1 bundle of cilantro
1 onions
2 glass melted lard
? glass broth
3 Art. l. wheat flour

2 h. l. 3% vinegar
2 h. l. vegetable oil
1 pinch of ground ginger
salt
Cut the fish into large chunks, roll in flour.
Beat the eggs, cut into julienne onions, chopped cilantro.
Melt the fat dip pieces of fish in the egg, fry in fat fried until golden brown.
Slice the beef, fry in a little oil, add ginger, onion, salt, add broth, bring everything to a boil, add the fish, put out 10 minutes, pour the vinegar.
Before serving braised meat flounder laid out on a platter, sprinkle with green onions and herbs.
