Salad of cooked mushrooms with herbs
To prepare the salad you will need:
500 g fresh mushrooms
2-3 pcs. bay leaves
5-6 Black pepper - peas
for the marinade:
1/2 glass vinegar
5-6 Garlic - cloves
1/2 glass vegetable oil
1/2 parsley - beam
Salt - to taste
Mushrooms rinse thoroughly in several waters, clean and cook in salted water, adding to the flavor pea black pepper and bay leaf. Then pour the broth with mushrooms, mushrooms cut into thin slices and place on 10-15 minutes in the marinade, pre-cooked in vinegar, salt, vegetable oil, garlic and chopped parsley. Thus prepared mushrooms lay in a salad bowl and sprinkle with herbs.
