Salad of roasted mushrooms with herbs
To prepare the salad You will need:
500 g fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
juice from half a lemon
parsley and dill, salt, pepper - to taste
Mushrooms clean, rinse, drain on a towel, then lay the cap down in a bowl, pour this into each hat a little oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and bake in the oven. When mushrooms are soft, put them on a plate, pour separated from them juice, drizzle with vegetable oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and dill.
