Oyster mushrooms with garlic marinade
500 g fresh oyster mushrooms
50 ml vinegar 5%
2 garlic cloves
1 a bunch of parsley
vegetable oil
pepper
salt
Cut the solid part of the legs mushrooms, rinse the mushrooms.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
To heat the pan with oil until Golden brown fry the mushrooms portions on both sides.
Put fried mushrooms layers, immediately sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with chopped parsley and garlic.
Serve the mushrooms with garlic marinade hot.
