Soup with oyster mushrooms and garlic
300 g oyster
3 potato tuber
1 head of garlic
1 cube broth
1 h. l. lard
crushed cumin
marjoram
salt
Prepare, coarsely chopped oyster mushrooms, put them on the fat.
Pour water with dissolved in it into cubes, add the potatoes, cut into cubes, boil until tender potatoes, pepper and salt, cumin and season with half a head of garlic, chopped into small pieces.
Served soup with oyster mushrooms and garlic as follows: on the table put the remaining garlic, passed through the press, and soup decorated with greens and serve better pastries.
