Potato pancakes with onion and rosemary
3-4 tuber potatoes
1/2 head onions
flour

vegetable oil
rosemary, cilantro, Basil
black pepper, salt
Peel the potatoes, half of the potatoes, RUB on a small grater, put in a bowl of grated mass, pour 1 tsp. of rosemary.
The rest of the potatoes to RUB on a large grater, put to finely natercia potatoes, add 1 tsp. salt.
Onion RUB on a small grater, add to the rest mass, season all of coriander and Basil (a pinch), pepper, add the flour is sufficient to bind the mass number (this recipe 3 tbsp) and stir it.
The pan is well heated, add 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil, using a spoon to capture the weight and put it on the pan, then spoon to mold the edges of the pancakes and need them, fry 3-4 minutes on each side, then put the hash brown potatoes with onion and rosemary on a flat plate.
