Cold soup with beans

What you need:

1 PCs beets boiled

3-4 PCs boiled potatoes

100 g cabbage

3 tbsp. beans canned

4-6 green onions - feathers

1 PCs the boiled egg

4 tbsp. sour cream

5 glass the kvass

salt - to taste

Cabbage boil, allow to cool and cut into strips.

Potatoes cut into slices, beetroot and egg strips, onion finely chopped.

Vegetables, egg and beans to combine, stir, add salt and pour kvass.

When serving, fill with sour cream.
