Veal baked in a pumpkin
2 kg 1 pumpkin weighing about
0.5 kg Veal
250 g shpigachek
0.5 kg Potato
100 ml dry white wine
2 bulbs
2 Art. l. tomato paste
1 glass broth
1 h. l. flour

We cut off the top of pumpkin and remove the seeds and part of the pulp. Onions cut into cubes, fry in oil until golden brown, add the diced meat, sprinkle with flour and fry everything until golden brown. Pour the wine and simmer until half the liquid evaporates, salt and pepper, pour 2/3 cup of broth and simmer for an hour. Potatoes and pumpkin flesh into cubes, shpigachki - slices, add all the meat. Tomato paste diluted with the rest of the broth and pour the meat with vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes. Put all into a pumpkin, cover with cut top of pumpkin (attach it with toothpicks), pumpkin itself greased and bake in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
