Jam from the pumpkin
Ingredients:
1 kg pumpkin
800 g granulated sugar
1 pcs. orange
Take a small pumpkin, peel and seeds and cut into cubes. Peel the orange and also cut into cubes. Fall asleep at night sugar and leave until morning. Then, on a quiet fire bring to a boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Then banks sterilize and store in a cool place.
