Vegetables with meatballs
300 g carrots
500 g celery
500 g Potato
1 l broth
250 g ground beef
1 onion
1 egg
bread crumbs
salt, pepper, oregano
1 small tin of peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
parsley
Sliced carrots, celery and potatoes dipped in hot broth and cook. Minced meat, finely chopped onion, bread crumbs and spices to cook a lot of molded balls. When the vegetables are almost ready, omit meatballs in a pan, add the peas, salt and simmer until fully cooked. When serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
