Hot-Uralsky" pot
600 g pulp beef
250 g dumpling dough
100 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
15 g parsley
2 glass broth
4 potatoes
2 onions
1 carrots
2 tbsp. ghee
black pepper
salt
Cut the beef slices and fry in butter, put in the pot. Dice the carrots and potatoes, add them to the meat.
Chop onion rings, fry in butter, put in the pot.
Sprinkle with parsley, green peas, mushrooms and pour all the broth, pepper and salt.
Dumpling dough roll out thinly and seal them to the necks of the pots. Top brush with egg yolk.
Simmer roast, Uralsky in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until tender.
