Chop-Uralsky
Required products:
400 g pork - flesh
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1 onion - head
2 PCs egg
4 tbsp. milk

2 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
ground black pepper
Pork cut into pieces of 15 mm in one portion. Gently tenderize, sprinkle with wine and leave for 25-30 minutes. Then add salt, pepper, dip in beaten egg with milk, egg and zapaniruyte in finely chopped onions.Fry meat in oil on both sides until Golden brown and cook until tender in the oven.
Serve with complex side dish of vegetables.
