Meat in Zaporozhye
Required products:
500 g pork (loin, ham) - pulp
2-3 onion - head
250 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
50 g prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
ground black pepper, salt to taste
green onion , sweet green pepper, carrot
Pork cut into 2 pieces per serving, gently tenderize, connect with onions, cut into rings. Mayonnaise mix with spices, mustard and pour this mixture pork. Refrigerate for 12 hours for marinating.Pork with onion and fry in butter. Then pour the marinade and simmer until tender. If necessary, add a little broth.
When submitting rings in pepper place the grated carrots, green onions and place them meat laid out on a dish.
