Required Products:
400 g pork
600 g Sauerkraut
400 g potato
2 Art. l. millet
75 g onion
2 Art. l. butter
50 g lard
2 pcs. bay leaves
1 pcs. large carrots
pepper
parsley
Boil pork, cut into pieces and store in the broth.
Wrung sauerkraut stew until half with the addition of fat removed from the broth when cooking pork.
Shredded roots and onion saut half the norm in oil.
Salo mince and pound in a mortar with the remaining chopped onions, parsley and washed millet.
In the strained broth dip sliced potatoes into cubes and cook for 10-15 minutes, then add the cabbage, pounded with bacon and green millet, bay leaf, pepper, browned roots and cook until done.
When submitting decomposed into meat dish and pour the soup.
