Julienne pork Russian
300 g lean pork
30 g cheese
1 head onions
3-6 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

Freeze/thaw pork to a condition in which when cut will need to put a little effort and you will hear the characteristic crunch.
Cut pork into strips as thin as possible, and the length of the strips should be about 4-5 see
Heat oil in a pan, put the meat on high heat and fry, stirring, until complete evaporation of the liquid.
Chop the onion into quarter-rings, put to the pork and fry until Browning with constant stirring, to salt.
Reduce heat to minimum, add 4-5 tbsp of hot water, until tender meat put out, cover tightly with a lid.
Next, julienne pork Russian prepared as follows: the meat is laid out in mini casseroles, top greasy 1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise, sprinkled with grated cheese (you can mix it with breadcrumbs for a more crispy crust and baked until Golden brown in a preheated oven.
