Baked "simple" pork belly
600 g lean brisket
80 g onions
salt
Wash the meat, boil 20 min, put in a pan (shallow), add salt and onion rings, place in the oven.
To cook bacon, often pouring liquid and turning occasionally, if necessary, water to pour.
When the meat is ready, brown it on high heat.
Before serving baked "simple" pork belly is cut into slices.
