Homemade roast beef po-Ukrainsky
800 g potatoes
500 g beef
300 ml broth
80 g carrots
60 g tomato paste
60 g fat
60 g onions
10 g garlic
Bay leaf
pepper, salt
Clean, rinse the potatoes and carrots, cut them into large cubes, then fry.
Put the chopped onion to the potatoes, carrot, pepper, stir.
Meat, rinse, Pat dry, cut as well as the vegetables in a separate pan put out, adding the broth and tomato paste until soft.
Take a saucepan, layers, put the vegetables and the meat, pour the broth, add salt and pepper, add the Bay leaf and put out homemade roast beef po-Ukrainsky until tender, when serving sprinkle with parsley and chopped garlic.
