Cake Cheese Napoleon
1,5 glass sugar

To prepare the cream:
250 g butter/margarine
500 ml milk
3 eggs
2 glass milk
100 ml 500 g of starch (diluted in milk)
Knead the dough so that it is not stuck to the hands, the amount of flour to determine the consistency, divide the dough into 12 balls.
Pour in the dry pan and onto the working surface with flour, roll out the balls into round layers and brown on both sides in a pan with flour, no butter.
Put the cakes on each other, trim the edges to give the cake a smooth form.
Cooking cream: 500 ml milk combine the sugar, butter, bring to boil stirring constantly, pour a thin stream of beaten eggs, stirring, add mixed with milk starch, stirring constantly, bring the cream until thick.
